Tasting Notes

Subtle hints of citrus, grapefruit, apricot, and notes of herbaceous. On the palate is refreshing acidity and fruity prolonged by a slight bitterness.

Production

The vineyards are located in the valley of O Salnés, nearby the sea. The soil is very fresh to avoid water logging and allow the growth of very fine grapes. Then they are hand picked, harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature.
