Tasting Notes

Fresh green apple aromas with notes of grapefruit, lime and honeysuckle. The palate is lightly honeyed, yet fresh and crisp with citrus flavors, almond notes and minerality on the finish

Production

This wine is cultivated in the Monferrato hills in the south of the province of Asti, Piemonte on southwest facing vineyards at altitudes between 250 to 400m above sea level. The soils here are a rich combination of limestone and clay. 100% tank fermented under temperature control with three months on the lees.
