Classic, well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc from southern France with herbaceous aromas and crisp green apples on the palate.

Production

Every year Boutinot winemakers select only quality parcels of wine from different estates and producers, each contributing key components to the finished blend. The grapes for this 100% Sauvignon Blanc are sourced from Gascony where Sauvignon Blanc typically displays excellent varietal purity and from cooler sites in the Languedoc. The Languedoc has a a warm Mediterranean climate so by selecting
cooler sites where their flavors can develop fully whilst retaining their deliciously zippy acidity and characterful flavors.
