Honeysuckle and apricot on the nose; richly textured and nicely balanced with flavors of apricots and a satisfying delicate bitterness on the finish.
The key here is to maintain the fresh aromatics of these superb Viognier grapes through careful selection and handling in the winery. This 2018 was notable for being a warm vintage; the grapes were picked early to maintain acidity and fresh aromatics. This wine is unoaked.
