A fantastic expression of un-oaked Chilean mountain Chardonnay, perfect by-the-glass wine! Ripe white peaches and juicy pineapple on the nose with tight and structured mineral flavors on the palate. No oak, very pure, clean and crisp with bright tropical fruit.
Production
The winery we work with has great vineyards in Curico and Casablanca and our wine is a blend of the two. Casablanca is famed for its white wines, and here the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean is significant, particularly in the evenings where cool air flows uninterruptedly into the valley. Typically, Chardonnay from
the area has nice acidity and texture. Central Curico is a haven for most varieties and here Chardonnay enjoys the warm, stable climate ripening fully to give tropical fruit characteristics to our blend.
