A delicate pink Rosé with strawberry and raspberry aromas with soft berry characters on the palate. The bubbles balance the zesty, cherry notes and make this an easy drinking and appealing fizz.
Production
From selected parcels of Glera grapes grown north-east of Treviso. Hand harvested at optimum ripeness to give the required balance between aromatics and good acidity. A gentle pneumatic pressing with a small amount of Pinot Noir followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation takes place in tank, over four weeks.
