A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas and hints of spice. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.
Production
Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in Provincia di Pavia, northern Italy. The grapes are hand harvested at the start of September – crushed, gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation between 61º to 64ºF in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled young after three to six months aging on fine lees in stainless steel.
