This luscious and textural blend is very much a food wine; tangy red berry flavors provided by Grenache meld with spice from Cinsault before the dry and fresh finish.
Traditional Languedoc varieties are sourced for the Le Fou range. For the rosé this means ripe, sweetly-fruited Grenache and tangy Cinsault. This is a classic rosé de paresse.
