Tasting Notes
A fragrant, fruity sparkling Lambrusco. Light in body and well-balanced in style. Very refreshing with sweet red berry flavors making it an easy-drinking wine. Low in alcohol.
Production
The fruit is sourced from select vineyards throughout the region. The grapes are then soft pressed and the juice is placed in stainless steel along with the skins for 4 to 6 days where it is vinified using the Charmat method.
