Tasting Notes
A delicate pink sparkling rosé with strawberry and raspberry aromas and soft berry characters on the palate. Fresh acidity balanced by zesty, cherry notes makes this an easy and appealing fizz.
Production
Gentle pneumatic pressing – Garganega with 5% Brachetto juice added. Followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation in tank, lasting four weeks.
