Tasting Notes

Bright red color of medium intensity. Its aromas are intense and perfumed, its rich in red fruits such as strawberries and berries, a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate it is delicate silky and very fresh, with a very long finish and persistency.

Production

20-year-old vineyard 100% massal selection Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the field Los Monos located south of Curico, on the border of the Claro River. In the winery the grapes are Gently destemmed, a cold maceration is carried out at temperature of 8 to 10º C for 3 days, then Fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts for 5 to 7 days with temperature ranging close to 25ºC. Finally, 50% of the wine remains in contact with French wood the other 50% of the blend remains in stain stell in order to maintain freshness and vibrant acidity.
