Hearty pastas and other tomato-based and salty Mediterranean dishes
Brightly perfumed fruit, with just a hint of woody herbs, along side intense flavors of ripe damsons. There is some tannic grip here too, ends with a long lasting finish.
Merlot and Mourvèdre plots are carefully selected from the sun-drenched vineyards of southern France. The final blending is overseen by Guillaume Letang to ensure that we maintain the right style and balance. No oak is used.
