Tasting Notes
Pure, vibrant, juicy red fruits, fresh cherries and plums, with hints of black pepper and spice. Soft and easy to drink with approachable ripe fruit yet well-structured, with super light tannins.
Production
Produced from selected Tempranillo grapes sourced in Rioja Alta. Fermentation at 75º-79ºF with an eight to ten day maceration on the skins. No oak aging and bottled early.
