Tasting Notes
Fruity, warming and slightly aromatic on the nose. It is a fruit-driven style brimming with blackberry flavors, yet underpinned with a hint of spice giving it some weight.
Production
The fruit for this wine is sourced from the south-west of France, where the warm sunshine and cooling breezes give the grapes delicious berry fruit flavors with a very nice elegant, refreshing acidity. The grapes are de-stemmed and macerated at cool temperatures prior to fermentation in order to gain the juicy fruit flavors.
