Plums and raisins combine to deliver a fresh, fruit driven, red with sweet tannins and a mouth-watering, must have another glass, silky finishing red.
Production
The grapes are selected , picked at the ideal time of their ripeness and put in single boxes to “dry-out” for about 30 days. The grapes are then crushed and fermented in stainless steel vats. After this process, part of the wine is transferred into wooden casks and left to age. As a result of this aging period there is a good maturation of tannins which gives the wine a well rounded and velvety taste. The finished wine is typical of red wines made in this way, aromas and flavors that are concentrated, voluptuous and intensely moreish.
