How it's made
The vineyards are located in the valley of O Salnés, nearby the sea. The soil is very fresh to avoid water logging and allow the growth of very fine grapes. Then they are hand picked, harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes
Mild temperatures during summer that allow the grapes to slow ripening and preserve the fruity aromas. Subtle hints of citrus, grapefruit, apricot, and notes of herbaceous. On the palate is refreshing acidity and fruity prolonged by a slight bitterness. Typical fruits , white peach , and melon take your palate on a wonderful journey all the way through to a lovely, light finish.
