How it's made

The finest Garnacha grapes are harvested at the beginning of September. Cold maceration in a pneumatic press. Fermentation at 57ºF (14ºC) in stainless steel tanks. In January, a process called "tiraje" takes place where the new wine is bottled and the second fermentation occurs in the bottle.

The cava is stored in "rima", special containers for holding the bottles in position, for nine months.

Food Match

Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany starters and deserts, that are not too sweet. Serve cold between 39º and 43ºF (4º and 6ºC)

Tasting Notes

Thick mousse of fine well integrated bubbles with deep bronze tinges and fresh aromas of ripe red fruits. Light crisp, fresh with good acidity and a nice fruity finish.
