How it's made
After hand harvesting the must is fermented in stainless steel. It then undergoes malolactic fermentation and five months aging prior to bottling.

Fresh, lightly spicy nose with red fruit and elderberry characters. The palate has red berry fruit and peppered strawberry notes. Medium-body and spice with fresh acidity and a good grip make this an enjoyable food wine.
