How it's made
The Garganega is sourced from hillside vineyards on a single estate, at the eastern border of Soave Classico. Grapes are hand-harvested in late September and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel.

Perfect chilled summer drinking type of wine. Goes well with salads, fish, seafood and white meats.
Tasting Notes
This dry white has aromas of pear and apple with citrus notes. The palate is clean and crisp – yet with texture, including floral notes and hints of apricot and honeysuckle, with a lemony finish.
