Bellefontaine Merlot, Pays d'Oc 2019

This fruit-forward, easy-drinking Merlot is made from grapes sourced from sundrenched Languedoc vineyards, vinified to showcase their fruit and varietal characteristics. By fermenting at lower temperatures than most reds to preserve primary fruit characters. The wine receives twice daily remontage to extract color and tannins. Meticulous blending produced the ultimate approachable and fruit driven style, which was bottled early to capture vibrant red fruit.
