How it's made
Produced from 100 year old vines in Toro's windswept and harsh vineyards. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 10-12 months and rests in the bottle for at least 12 months before it's comercialization.
Chorizo cooked in red wine or black budding or pairs well with roasted vegetables too.
A big, bold wine with ripe dark bramble fruits, licorice and smoky, savory spice aromas. The well integrated oak provides structure and complexity, with layers of sweet spice balancing the dark fruit characters.
