How it's made
Selected from plots in the best villages of the southern Rhône. Vineyards are predominantly chalky-clay soil with a heavy overlay of rounded limestone pebbles (galets roulés). The wine undergoes a fifteen day cuvaison, with délestage to gently extract color and flavor. Grenache Noir is blended with Syrah and matured without oak.
Food Match
Lovely with BBQ's, grilled meats, halloumi and vegetables. Also would go great with herby sausages and pasta with Mediterranean vegetables.
Tasting Notes
With attractive bramble fruit and floral aromas, the palate is up-front and fresh with warm spice and real depth.
