How it's made
Immediately after picking the grapes are pressed and undergo cold fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is blocked in order to preserve the acidity in the wine.
Food Match
Serve chilled with white meats, fish or simply lap it up on it's lonesome. Some particularly good matches include baked chicken ad apricots, coronation chicken and skate with a caper and butter sauce
