How it's made
A blend of red grape varieties from south-east Spain, which are macerated and then undergo temperature controlled fermentation. Secondary fermentation takes place in tank, until reaching four to five bars. Then the wine is de-alcoholised by the spinning cones method, allowing the wine to retain some aromas and structure.

Serve as an aperitif, with seafood and paella, or just a perfect celebration wine.
Tasting Notes
Fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas. On the palate, vibrant red berry fruit is balanced by a creamy mousse giving a soft, ripe and appealing finish.
