How it's made
The grapes are sourced from the south east coast of France, where the proximity to the sea has a moderating affect on the Mediterranean temperatures, allowing optimal ripening whilst retaining frsh acidity. The grapes are harvested in the cooler parts of the day and the vinified as a classic ‘Provence’ rose, with soft pressing, cold fermentation and limited skin contact.

Tasting Notes
This bright and luscious blend of Grenache and Syrah gives an attractive nose of delicate, fresh, red fruit which is reflected on the palate with a rich, redcurrant and raspberry, fruit flavor leading to a dry, crisp, finish.
