How it's made
100% Verdejo with a modern cut. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, worked with it's own lees and continuous fieldwork in the selection of the best that our grapes can obtain, an unsurpassed wine!
Food Match
This Verdejo varietal is excellent with a nice salad dressed in vinaigrette, make sure to add tomatoes and olives. Fish and shellfish are also natural partners.
Tasting Notes
This is a clean, bright and transparent with a yellow-green color and steely irises. It is intense with a green apple and tropical fruit scent. Shades of fennel and slightly aniseed. Has great citrus touches. It is tasty, fresh and balanced, with great volume and exquisite acidity as well. Nice attack with a soft and persistent finish. Greatly balanced alcohol acidity too.
