How it's made
The grapes were hand-picked between March 16th and April 15th (both varieties) fulfilling all the procedures and practices that organic production requires.

Tasting Notes
The 2014 vintage of our Organic Cabernet-Malbec displays a beautiful ruby red color with violet hues. Medium intensity on the nose, very floral with notes of spices, red fruit and a licorice hint. The palate is balanced, very smooth, full-bodied, displaying good tension and a long finish.
