She sells seashells on the seashell shore’..well maybe, at least the idea of having a wine to go with food from the sea came from this old nursery rhyme! Good luck with making it through the whole nursery rhyme should you be lucky enough to get the bottle to yourself!!

How it's made
Region / Country:
This Chenin Blanc is sourced from vines grown on sandy loams over granite bedrock, the classic Cape soils type. No irrigation is used in the vineyards and very little crop control is needed due to the age of the vines naturally restricting yield. Part of the blend is wild yeast fermented and a tiny percentage in old barrels. The wine is left on fine lees for an extended period for greater palate weight and mouth-feel.
Perfect with seafood or shellfish of anykind!
Refreshing soft berry fruit nose flows into the palate to offer flavors of wild strawberry in spring woodlands. Bright and exciting, this wine is both enticing and elegant.
Contains sulfites and no other allergens
