How it's made
This wine is made from 70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Pinot Grigio. Part of the Chenin Blanc is wild yeast fermented and kept on the yeast lees for as long as possible in order to achieve a long, juicy and rounded pallet with a crisp fresh finish.
