Streaks of tart pineapple, yellow pear and tangerine mingle in this ripe and intensely fruity Riesling sourced from one of the Rheingau's most historic vineyards. Matured 12 months in German oak, it's a dry, delightfully curvaceous wine dusted with sweet spice and pastry yet elegantly balanced by a spine tingling acidic edge. The finish is marked by a lingering twist of candied orange peel. At peak now–2030 but will hold further. — Anna Lee C. Iijima
