A versatile wine that's a good match for seafood, grilled fish, salads and white meat dishes.

A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas and hints of spice. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.

Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in Provincia di Pavia, northern Italy. The grapes are hand harvested at the start of September crushed, gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation between 61o to 64oF in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled young after three to six months aging on fine lees in stainless steel.
