- Made from grapes grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of the Languedoc-Roussillon, where ample sunshine hours develop ripe fruit and spice flavors. Sourced from Montpelier and Thau lagoon region, in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon Roussillon. The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness levels and then undergo maceration and fermentation for two weeks in stainless steel. No oak was used in order to preserve the fresh fruit flavours.
