This wine pairs wonderfully with a charcuterie platter or an assortment of grilled meats. It’s also excellent with grilled sardines. Additionally, the wine would beautifully complement seared duck breast with a cherry reduction sauce.

Beaujolais derives from the Latin “Bellojocum,” a fusion of “bellus,” meaning beautiful, and “jugum,” meaning unite. This term later adopted the metaphorical sense of a chain or series of mountains, which we aimed to symbolize in Skyline Beaujolais.
