Our aim was to craft a wine that invites sharing, one that is approachable yet refined. It boasts pronounced aromas of red fruits, almost reminiscent of jam, complemented by hints of violet and a touch of basil for a refreshing twist. Upon tasting, you’ll discover notes of wild strawberry and blueberry, followed by a spicy finish with subtle hints of white pepper.

Beaujolais derives from the Latin “Bellojocum,” a fusion of “bellus,” meaning beautiful, and “jugum,” meaning unite. This term later adopted the metaphorical sense of a chain or series of mountains, which we aimed to symbolize in Skyline Beaujolais. Of the 10 Beau-jolais Crus, Fleurie is, as its name suggests, the most floral variation of Ga-may. Often cited as being the King of Beau-Jolais, or the most “concentrated” of the Crus, we have chosen elegance rather than structure for this vintage.
