Attractive Provence-style pale pink in color with delightfully fresh pink grapefruit aromas. Lovely fruit flavors are balanced with fine acidity and lively minerality, all leading to a fresh and satisfyingly good length.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from 30+ year old vines in the Maule Valley. The vineyards benefit from the cooler climate conditions to produce this zesty Sauvignon Blanc. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, the delicate salmon pink color is achieved by allowing the Sauvignon Blanc grapes to spend a short amount of time on the skins of Carignan grapes.
